PRODUCT MANAGER
Fibres and new products

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and analysing product, customer, and market data to support strategic decision-making and portfolio development
  • Coordinating the product lifecycle (introductions, changes, discontinuations, specifications) to ensure efficient execution
  • Supporting the pricing process through data-driven analyses and recommendations focused on margin optimization
  • Monitoring product performance (volume, margin, cost) and identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Sales on product-related topics
  • Monitoring competitor activity and gathering customer insights to support market-driven decisions
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams
  • Supporting internal and customer-facing presentations with strong product insights and data
  
Key Qualifications
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Bioscience Engineering, Food Technology, Bio-Chemistry, Life Sciences,…
  • Several years of experience in a similar analytical/product management role
  • Strong customer/commercial orientation with sense of humor
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages such as French, German and Dutch are an asset
  • You are able to travel approximately 30-40% of your time (approximately 70% short trips in Europe, 20% to the America’s and 10% to Asia-Pacific)
