Head of Supply Chain
Your key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Group Supply Chain strategy to ensure reliable, efficient, and responsive operations across all sites, product lines, and geographies.
- Lead and develop the global Supply Chain organisation, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and talent development.
- Establish and drive a unified Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework to optimise capacity, inventory levels, and customer service across the Group.
- Implement a best-in-class, data-driven S&OP process, leveraging advanced forecasting, AI-enabled planning tools, governance standards, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of digital Supply Chain solutions, including SAP TMS, SAP EWM, Logility, and future planning technologies.
- Drive product portfolio optimisation through profitability analysis, portfolio harmonisation, and standardisation of product specifications and quality parameters.
- Develop and continuously improve Supply Chain performance through comprehensive KPI management, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Harmonise and optimise logistics, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain excellent customer service.
- Strengthen Supply Chain resilience by implementing risk management and business continuity strategies to mitigate disruptions and safeguard operations.
- Contribute to strategic business planning, including five-year plans, CAPEX and OPEX planning, investment decisions, and sustainability objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring Supply Chain contributes to long-term growth, profitability, and business success.
- Optimise end-to-end value chain performance by aligning demand, production, inventory, and supply capabilities to maximise service levels, improve working capital, and reduce waste.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in global end-to-end Supply Chain management within an international manufacturing environment, preferably in the food ingredients, bio-based products, or process industries (e.g. ethanol or chemicals).
