Transport Officer
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an accurate recording of transport rates and correct billing by the carriers
Request spot prices, negotiate prices with existing carriers
Prepare and support the yearly transport tender in order to optimize transport quality at acceptable cost
Monitor the KPI’s and follow up on deviations
As a key-user in SAP-Transporeon, you participate in projects to improve the system and processes
Report to the transport manager
Key Qualifications
Bachelor degree or experience in a similar function
Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
Good communication and analytical skills
An assertive attitude
Good knowledge of English, the knowledge of Dutch and/or French are an advantage
