We market and sell a broad range of natural ingredients – from essential commodities to high-quality specialty products – to animal nutrition manufacturers worldwide. For our offices in Tienen we are looking for an enthusiastic:

SALES MANAGER Benelux

 Key Responsibilities
  • Building up an additional customer network for the Beneo Ingredients (visit potential new customers, develop new product ideas, discover new applications for the Beneo products…)
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio of animal nutrition producers
  • Monitor sales performance and lead price negotiations
  • Prepare business plans including tactical and strategic initiatives to reach the objectives
  • Report to the Areal Sales Manager
  
Key Qualifications 
  • Master’s degree in Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Food Technology, Biological Science, Bioengineering, Bio-Chemistry, or similar degree
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience with livestock, pet nutrition or aqua feed
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with commercial talent
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills other languages are an asset
  • You are able to travel up to 30-50% in the Benelux
