CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
You are the first line contact for customers requesting information about the quality of Beneo ingredients
Follow up on customer requests with help of a database and in cooperation with Sales
You set up and follow up on quality issues in Sales Force
General Sales Support (administrative follow up of sample shipments, Salesforce data input,…)
Take responsibility in projects (Set up customer mailings,…)
Ad hoc tasks depending on your interests and knowledge
Key Qualifications
Bachelor degree or experience in sales administration or customer service
Good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French are an advantage
Experience with Sales Force or a similar CRM system is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills
Diplomatic and able to build solid relationships
