CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the full order administration process for a range of customers worldwide. Your most important tasks are:
- Handle customer's orders
- Take care of the contract and order administration
- Set-up and coordinate transport planning with external transporters and monitor the execution and the costs
- Collect the required documents (internal/external and from different authorities)
- Prepare and issue the invoices
- Update customer master data
- Take responsibility in projects (SAP, customs, transport,…)
- Daily contact with customers, transporters, authorities and others and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Quality.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or experience in sales administration or customer service
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Experience with an ERP system (at Beneo we use SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Diplomatic and able to build solid relationships
- Experience in EU/export legislation and logistics is a plus
